Here is what we have been up to up this week:  Art - We finished our Holiday Lights!         STEM time! Math - We are learning about Area. We completed a gingerbread house project (we had to draw our house, order supplies for the house, design the inside and then write about our house!) Ask your child about this!             Writing - We wrote about Winter Break and Spirit Days.       Art - We did a lot of art this week as we were catching up on tasks. Everyone had a blast!       Buddies - We drew with our buddies.       Keep practising your multiplication skills! Have an amazing Winter Break! I am looking forward to see...

If you are going to be away for any reason (extended holiday, illness, doctors appointment, etc.) please let the school know (you can also send me an email). Here is what we have been up to up this week:  Math - We practiced two-digit by one-digit multiplication and three-digit by one-digit multiplication. We also learned how to solve word problems that have to do with multiplication. Then we completed the Show What You Know. At the end of the week, we started learning about measurement (area).            Writing - We are writing persuasive paragraphs. We wrote about our favourite movie and typed them on the computer.    Cards for Seniors - We wrote messages of hope...
